Jay Lynch adds: Because the brain is the center of all bodily functions, and I believe the mind influences those functions, it makes sense to me to incorporate care of the mental state. Just as when you learn to relax and breathe during yoga, you will eventually learn to incorporate those skills into the rest of your active life. Though it may seem crazy, I can see the benefit of cocooning like this.
