Which has more protein? The Chicken or The Egg?

Although I sometimes prepare eggs in ways that are totally wrong for building lean muscle or losing weight, the egg is a wonderful food for fitness. Protein helps repair muscle mass to keep you moving, improves brain function to keep the brain working better, and protein keeps you full, thus preventing snacking and overeating throughout your morning.

Also important for good health is chicken, turkey and lean beef. They all contain the amino acids you need to build and sustain muscle. But just as with eggs, a lot depends on how it is prepared.
